Use the Manage Users Setting to invite, update, and manage User roles across your daisyBill account.
daisyBill Users with an Account Administrator role are responsible for setting up and managing the Manage Users Setting.
How to Navigate to the Manage Users Setting
Step 1. On the navigation bar, click ‘Settings’, then select ‘Manage Users’

This setting shows all Users in your daisyBill account, grouped by status: Active, Inactive, and Invited.

A. Active Users
This section lists all Users with an Active status.
Your daisyBill subscription includes 5 Users. Each additional Active User is $25/month. A User is considered Active if they hold Active status for any part of the month.
To invite a new User to join your daisyBill account, click ‘+ Invite User’.

How to Manage Active Users
Step 1. (Situational) To edit a Role, click the Pencil icon, select a new Role, then click ‘Save Changes’
Step 2. (Situational) To edit Billing Provider Access, click the Pencil icon, update the User’s access, then click ‘Save Changes’
This option is only available for daisyBill accounts with multiple Billing Providers.
Step 3. (Situtational) To check a user’s Two-Factor Authentication status, review the Two-Factor Status column
The User is responsible for activating Two-Factor Authentication. For instructions on how to set up Two-Factor Authentication, see the Help Article: Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Step 4. (Situational) To revoke User access, toggle the ‘Active’ button off
Toggling the ‘Active’ button off will immediately terminate the User’s daisyBill access.
daisyBill will alert you to any outstanding Bill Tasks or existing Task Assignments designated to the User. Reassign these Bill Tasks and Task Assignments before deactivating the User.

Step 5. (Situational) To review the history of changes made to a User, click the Clock icon
B. Inactive Users
This section lists all Users with an Inactive status. An Inactive status indicates that the User does not have access to the daisyBill account.
To restore the User’s access, toggle the ‘Active’ button on.
C. Invited Users
This section lists all Users with an Invited status. An Invited status indicates that the User has received an email invitation to join daisyBill.
Click Resend Invite to resend an invitation to a User.
Click the trashcan icon to delete an invited User.
