Manage Billing Providers is where it’s at: the driver’s seat.
From Manage Billing Providers, Administrators control all account setup and preferences from one place, including Billed Charges, Rendering Providers, Places of Service, RFA Fax Preferences and more!
Manage Billing Providers is split into three tabs: Required Billing Information, Custom Settings, and DaisyAuth Settings. For information on the Required tab, see the Help Article: Manage Billing Providers. Read on for information about the DaisyAuth Settings tab.
Here’s how it works.
Step 1. On the navigation bar, click ‘Billing Providers’, then click the ‘Gear’ icon
This will navigate directly to the specified Billing Provider.
Alternatively, select Manage All Billing Providers to view all the Billing Providers associated with your account.
The Manage All Billing Providers feature is limited to users with the Role of administrator.
Step 2. Click the ‘Billing Provider’ name
Each Billing Provider maintains its own settings. A red ‘X’ icon indicates required information has not been completed. To add a new Billing Provider, please contact us via the Help Center.
Step 3. Click the ‘DaisyAuth Settings’ tab
DaisyAuth Settings allows users to customize their Billing Providers with Billing Provider Info, Fax Preferences, Requesting Physicians, Practice Locations, Practice Contacts, RFA Task Preferences, and RFA Templates.
A. To edit ‘Billing Provider Info’, click the ‘Billing Provider Info’ card
