When a Service/Good Requested is sent to One Call for scheduling One Call contacts the patient to schedule them for the service.
When One Call schedules the patient you will receive a Scheduling Information Received task on the specific Service/Good Requested.
Step 1. Review the One Call Scheduling Information
If the patient could not be reached for scheduling this information will also be displayed.
Step 2. Click ‘Done’ once you have reviewed the One Call Scheduling Information
