When a Service/Good Requested is sent to One Call for scheduling One Call contacts the patient to schedule them for the service.
Once the service is completed, and if a Treatment Report is returned to One Call for the service you will receive a Treatment Report Received task on the specific Service/Good Requested.
Step 1. Review the One Call Treatment Report
Click ‘View PDF’ in the One Call Scheduling Information section to view the Treatment Report
If a Treatment Report is not provided back from One Call, no task will generate.
Step 2. Click ‘Done’ once you have reviewed the Treatment Report
