Once created, a Physician Fee Schedule Alert provides critical fee schedule information about the Procedure Code and/or NDC Numbers being tracked.

A. Code
HCPCS / CPT / California Specific Codes / Medical-Legal Codes that describe services rendered. Codes that are no longer in the fee schedule will appear in red.
B. Change Date
Date of service the change in reimbursement became effective for Code. Dates of service on or after this date are subject to the reimbursement amount reflected under Current Fee.
C. Previous Fee
Previous fee schedule reimbursement for Code. The Previous Fee was the fee reimbursement prior to the Change Date.
D. Current Fee
Current fee schedule reimbursement for Code. The Current Fee is the fee reimbursement on and after the Change Date.
E. Difference
The dollar amount difference between the Previous Fee and Current Fee.
F. Percent Change
The percent difference between the Previous Fee and the Current Fee.
