Step 1. On the Navigation Bar, click ‘Reporting’
Only users with the Role of Reporter or Administrator have this button.
Step 2. Click the ‘Task Productivity’ card
Step 3. Click the ‘Completed Tasks’ card
Step 4. Select ‘Tasks’ to view
Tasks are divided into Bill Tasks, RFA Tasks, and Document Tasks.
Step 5. Optional: Select a ‘View’ to display
Select User Count to view count of completed tasks by User Name.
Select Task Count to view the count of completed tasks by Task Type
Select User and Task Count to view the count of completed tasks by User Name and Task Type.
Select User and Billing Provider Count (when multiple Billing Providers exist) to view the count of completed tasks by User Name and Billing Provider.
Step 6. Optional: Select one or more ‘Filters’
Filters limit results. Add a Filter to limit results by Billing Provider, User, Date Range and/or Task Type.
Step 7. Click ‘Run Report’
Step 8. View detail by clicking on ‘Task Count’
Step 9. To download report click ‘Download CSV’
CSV is a universal spreadsheet format that can be opened using any spreadsheet program.
