Manage Users - Invite New User

Hey, a bigger team is better!

The Manage Users Setting allows you to invite additional Users to your daisyBill account.

daisyBill Users with an Account Administrator role are responsible for setting up the Manage Users Setting.

How to Invite a New User to Join Your daisyBill Account

Step 1. On the navigation bar, click ‘Settings’, then select ‘Manage Users’

Step 2. Click ‘+ Invite User’

Step 3. Enter the new User’s email address

The new User will use this email address to log in to daisyBill.

Step 4. Select ‘Role’

In daisyBill, a user's Role determines what they can access and which actions they can perform.

Assign one of the four available roles listed below:

  • Administrator – Unrestricted access. The only role that can add Users, manage Account Settings, view daisyBill invoices, and update payment information.
  • Reporter – Access limited to reporting and the creation of patients, injuries, and bills. Can submit and post to bills. CA only: can create and submit RFAs.
  • Biller – Access limited to the creation of patients, injuries, and bills. Can submit and post to bills. CA only: can create and submit RFAs.
  • Auth – Access limited to the creation of patients and injuries. CA only: can create and submit RFAs.

Step 5. Select ‘Billing Provider Access’

For accounts with multiple Billing Providers, check the Billing Providers you want the User to access.

Step 6. Click Invite’

The new User will receive an email invitation to join your daisyBill account. daisyBill invitations expire after seven days.
