Add Note

Notes help you document important Bill information. Create new ones with the Add Note function in Bill History.

Step 1. From the Bill Page, click ‘Bill History’

Step 2. Click ‘Add Note’

A number in parentheses indicates the number of Notes for the bill.

Step 3. Type your note, and click ‘Create Note’

Step 4. To edit a note, click the ‘Speech Bubble’ icon, then click the ‘Pencil’ icon

The ‘Speech Bubble’ icon reveals the full note.

Notes can only be edited within one hour of their creation. The ‘Pencil’ icon won’t appear after that time.

Notes from your Organization appear with a blue ‘Speech Bubble icon. Notes from the DaisyBill team appear with a pink ‘Speech Bubble’ icon.
