Open

Need to reopen a bill that was closed and written off? No problem.

The Open Bill button displays a bill’s balance, and reverts the bill to its status prior to Closed.

On the Bill Page, click the ‘Open Bill’ button

It can be found at the top right hand corner of the bill page, or on the right side of the task bar.
