Breadcrumbs provide a quick view into pertinent information in daisyBill. Use Breadcrumbs to navigate and reference patient, injury, bill, and RFA information.
Billing Provider
The first breadcrumb represents the Billing Provider you are working on. The breadcrumb provides the Tax ID, NPI, and Bill Type at a glance.
Patient
The second breadcrumb shows which patient you are working on. Use the breadcrumb to quickly reference the patient’s DOB, SSN, and number of injuries.
Injury
The third breadcrumb provides injury information for the patient listed. This includes their Date of Injury, Claims Administrator, and claim number.
Bill Count
This fourth breadcrumb provides a count of all the bills for the patient’s given injury. It also provides a breakdown of the status of those bills.
RFA Count
This fifth breadcrumb provides a count of all the RFAs for the patient’s given injury. A quick overview of the statuses of RFAs is also provided.
Bill
The sixth breadcrumb is for the Bill Page. This breadcrumb provides you with the Bill ID#, the status that the bill is currently in, the DOS, the Charge, the Bill Payment Total, and the amount still due.
RFA
The final breadcrumb is for the RFA. You can view the RFA ID# and the date a response is due for the RFA.
