The navigation bar gives you access to everything in your daisyBill account, including Tasks, reporting, settings, and tools.
Here is an overview of each element and where it takes you.
A. daisyBill logo
Click the logo in the upper left corner to return to the Home Screen from anywhere in daisyBill.

B. Tasks
Clicking ‘Tasks’ in the navigation bar opens a dropdown with three sections.
- Tasks – Bill Tasks and RFA Tasks assigned to you
- Account Tasks – All Tasks assigned to your Account
- Account Payment Reconciliation Tasks

C. Reporting and Analytics
Clicking ‘Reporting and Analytics’ opens a dropdown with two sections:
- Analytics – your daisyBill account’s Payment Analytics reports
- Reports – Report Builder, Accounts Receivable, Task Productivity, Bill Status Dashboard, and Exports

D. Wizard
The Wizard provides access to the daisyWizard suite of research and compliance tools, including fee schedule calculators, IBR Decision Search, the Claims Administrator Directory, MPN List, Drug Formulary, and Physician Fee Schedule Alerts.

E. Search
Use the search bar to quickly locate a patient, injury, or bill by entering a name, Bill ID, or other identifying information.

F. Documents
The Documents section allows you to upload Explanations of Review (EORs) and other important billing documents directly from the navigation bar.

G. Settings
The Settings menu provides access to Billing Provider Settings, Incomplete Bill Settings, and Processed Bill Settings. This feature is only visible to daisyBill users with an Account Administrator role.

H. User icon
Click the User icon to access your personal account settings, update your profile, or enable Two-Factor Authentication.
