The RFA Status Dashboard summarizes RFAs by RFA Status for Rendering Providers and Billing Providers.

Think of the RFA Status Dashboard as the view from a hot air balloon soaring above your billing. From up here, it’s easy to spot workflow bottlenecks and places for improvement.

Here’s how it works.

On the navigation bar, click ‘Reporting’

This button is only available to users with the Role of Administrator or Reporter.

Step 2. Click the ‘RFA Status Dashboard’ card

Step 3. Optional: Filter by Billing Provider or Requesting Provider

Step 4. Click ‘Run Report’

Step 5. View detail by clicking on a count number

Step 6. To download the report, click ‘Download’

The file will download as a CSV file, which is a universal spreadsheet format that can be opened using any spreadsheet program.
