American Airlines Switches Bill Review
Self-insured employer American Airlines no longer utilizes Genex Services Bill Review. Effective February 1, 2018, American switched to Sedgwick National Bill Review.
American switched only their bill review services, from Genex to Sedgwick; Sedgwick Claims Management Services was and remains the airline’s third-party claims administrator.
We updated the electronic billing route for American Airlines. Providers do not need to make any updates on their end, as the payor and claims administrator remain the same.
