Tasks are your guide to getting bills sent, paid, and closed.

The Task List represents Bills and/or RFAs that require attention. But don’t worry -- daisyBill tells you exactly what to do.

The Task List lets you manage Tasks in the following ways:

1. On the navigation bar, click ‘Task List’

2. User Tasks

2a. To filter Tasks assigned to you, select one or more Filters

2b. To clear an individual Filter, toggle the checked box

2c. To clear all filters, click the ‘Clear All’ button.

2d. To load your tasks to the Task Sidebar, click the number under the column heading

3. Account Tasks

3a. To view the bills with the assigned task, click the number under the corresponding bucket

3b. To apply filters, select them from the Filter menu

3c. To clear all applied filters, click 'Clear Filters’

3d. To navigate to a Bill, click the ‘Bill ID’ link

3e. Click ‘Work Tasks’ to add the tasks to the Sidebar

3f. To update Due Date or Assigned Users for multiple Tasks, click ‘Batch Update Tasks’ (Administrators only)

  1. On the navigation bar, click ‘Task List’

Tasks are divided into Bill Tasks, RFA Tasks, and Document Tasks. Your Organization may not have all three task types.

2. User Tasks

Tasks assigned to you are displayed first by default.

2a. To filter Tasks assigned to you, select one or more Filters

Tasks can be filtered by Claims Administrator, Billing Provider Name (if more than one BIlling Provider in account) and Due Date.  Use more than one Filter to maximize efficiency.

2b. To clear an individual Filter, toggle the checked box

2c. To clear all filters, click the ‘Clear All’ button.

2d. To load your tasks to the Task Sidebar, click the number under the column heading

The Task Sidebar populates with Tasks assigned to you in the order they are sorted and/or filtered. For more information, see the Help Article: Task Side Bar Explained.

3. Account Tasks

Click a Task type under Account Tasks tab to view all tasks for your Organization regardless of assigned user.

3a. To view the bills with the assigned task, click the number under the corresponding bucket

This will open a list containing all the bills in your account that currently have the provided task assigned. In this example, we are viewing all bills that have a No Response task that was due within the past 1-30 days.

3b. To apply filters, select them from the Filter menu

3c. To clear all applied filters, click 'Clear Filters’

3d. To navigate to a Bill, click the ‘Bill ID’ link

Clicking the Bill ID will open the Bill in a new tab.

3e. Click ‘Work Tasks’ to add the tasks to the Sidebar

3f. To update Due Date or Assigned Users for multiple Tasks, click ‘Batch Update Tasks’ (Administrators only)

Batch Update Tasks allows Administrators to change task Due Dates or Assigned Users for multiple tasks at once. For more information, see the Help Article: Batch Update Tasks.
