The Tasks Page is your guide to getting bills sent, paid, and done.
Bills on the Tasks Page require attention. But don’t worry -- DaisyBill tells you what to do.
The Task Page lets you know exactly what each bill needs so you can work efficiently and effectively. Work through your Tasks every day to stay on top of billing--easy breezy!
All Tasks display on the Tasks Page, regardless of who’s assigned to the Task. This way, you and your team know what’s going on while never missing a timely filing deadline (and nothing can hide in dark corners).
The Tasks Page lets you manage Tasks this way:
On the navigation bar, click ‘Tasks’
A. To filter Tasks, use the ‘Filter Column’
Use more than one Filter Column to maximize efficiency.
B. To clear a Filter, click ‘x’
C. To sort Tasks, click the black arrow
D. To navigate to a Bill, click the ‘Bill ID’ link
The Bill opens in a new tab.
E. To edit a task, click the ‘Task’ link
Clicking the Task opens the Edit Task Page in a new tab. From the Edit Task Page:
- Change the Task Due Date and Assigned User
- Add a Comment
- View Bill History
F. To populate your Task Drawer, click ‘Fill Task Drawer’
The Task Drawer populates with currently filtered Tasks. For more information, see the Help Article: Fill Task Drawer.
G. To bulk update Tasks, click ‘Update’ (Admin only)
Bulk Update Tasks allows Organization Admins to change Task Due Dates or Assigned Users. For more information, see the Help Article: Bulk Update Tasks.
