California In-Home Supportive Services claims now administered by Intercare

In November 2021, California In-Home Supportive Services switched TPAs from Sedgwick to Intercare. The change affects all claims beginning with ‘SCIH’, for all dates of service. Here is what you need to know regarding the switch.

  1. Claim Numbers are not changing.

  1. All bills, including SBRs for any bills originally processed by Sedgwick, should now go to Intercare. In daisyBill, update the claims administrator from Sedgwick to Intercare, with payer ‘Not Listed’.

  1. Mailed bills should go to PO Box 579 Roseville, CA 95661
