Billing Provider Page Explained

All your Billing Provider information is easily accessible from the Billing Provider Page.  Here you can find information about your Billing Provider and your Payments, RFAs and more!

The Billing Provider Page lets you manage provider information this way:

1. To edit Billing Provider information, click ‘Settings,’ on the Navigation bar.

2. To add / view / edit Patients, click ‘Billing Provider’, then click ‘Patients’

3. To view / track Requests for Authorization, click ‘RFAs’

4. To view / deposit undeposited payments, click ‘Undeposited Payments’

5. To view / search deposited payments, click ‘Deposited Payments’

6. To edit Billing Provider information click ‘Billing Providers’ on the navigation bar, then click the gear icon next to the Billing Provider you want to edit.

7. To view ‘Billing Provider Information,’ click the name of the Billing Provider

8. To add / view / edit Patients, click ‘Patients’

9. To view / track Requests for Authorization, click ‘RFAs’

10. To view / deposit undeposited payments, click ‘Undeposited Payments’

11. To view / search deposited payments, click ‘Deposited Payments’

For practices with multiple Billing Providers, skip to step 6. 

For practices with only one Billing Provider, the Billing Provider Page lets you manage provider information this way:

1. To edit Billing Provider information, click ‘Settings,’ on the Navigation bar.        

2. To add / view / edit Patients, click ‘Billing Provider’, then click ‘Patients’

Patients provides a complete, filterable list of all Patients created for a Billing Provider. For more information, see the Help Article: Patients Explained.

3. To view / track Requests for Authorization, click ‘RFAs’

RFAs provides a complete, filterable list of all Requests for Authorization created for a Billing Provider. For more information, see the Help Article: RFAs Explained.

4. To view / deposit undeposited payments, click ‘Undeposited Payments’

To complete the Deposit Payment task, confirm the date of deposit for the payment on the Undeposited Payments page.  For more information, see the Help Article: Task: Deposit Payment.

5. To view / search deposited payments, click ‘Deposited Payments’

Deposited Payments provides a complete, filterable list of confirmed payments deposited. For more information, see the Help Article: Deposited Payments Explained.

For practices with Multiple Billing Providers:
