A full list of California-specific codes with reimbursement information effective March 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. The list includes the previous reimbursements, as well as the difference between the previous payments and the new payments by percentage.
Effective March 1st, 2017, the California Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) modified the fees for California Specific Codes for workers’ comp.
The table below lists the California Specific Codes with the new 2017 physician fee schedule changes.

§ 9789.12.14 California Specific Codes
Physicians and non-physician practitioners shall use the “California Specific Codes” listed below. Maximum reasonable fees for services performed by physicians and non-physician practitioners within their scope of practice shall be no more than the fee listed in section 9789.19, by date of service. The fees shall be updated annually in accordance with the Medicare Economic Index.
