16-11 (a)(3) Unless the payer provides timely and proper reasons as set forth by the provisions outlined in sections 16-12(B) - (D), all bills submitted by a provider are due and payable in accordance with the Medical Fee Schedule within 30 days after receipt of the bill by the payer.
