39-71-704. Payment of medical, hospital, and related services -- fee schedules and hospital rates -- fee limitation. (6) (a) An insurer shall make payments at the fee schedule rate within 30 days of receipt of medical bills for which a claim has been accepted and for which no other disputes exist. Disputes must be defined by the department by rule. |
