RULE 099.30 MEDICAL COST CONTAINMENT PROGRAM

RULE 099.30 I (7). A carrier shall date stamp medical bills and reports upon receipt and shall pay
an undisputed and properly submitted bill within 30 days of receipt. Any carrier not paying an
undisputed and properly submitted bill within 30 days of receipt shall be assessed a penalty of
18%, upon a determination by MCCD.
