Send Task Email: Request Information From Practice

To request information from a Practice to complete Patient Failed Review, Injury Failed Review, or Billed Failed Review Tasks:

Step 1. From the Bill Failed Review Task, click ‘Add Note.’

Step 2. Type in the requested information. This will be the text of the email that is sent to the Practice. Click ‘Add Note’.

Step 3. Reassign User to Practice User

Step 4. Click the envelope icon next to the Practice User to send the Task email. Once the email is sent, the due date will automatically be pushed out and a green banner will flash at the top of the screen that says “Email Sent to Practice User.”
