The Patients page provides detailed index of all patients registered to a Billing Provider.
Here’s how the Patients page works.
Step 1. On the navigation bar, click ‘Billing Providers’, then select a Billing Provider
If you only have a single Billing Provider, skip to step E.
Step 2. From the Billing Provider Page, click ‘Patients’
A. To add a new Patient, click ‘Add Patient’

B. To filter information, enter a search term in the ‘Search’ box
You can search by Patient ID, Name, DOB, SSN, Claims Administrator, or Claim Number.
C. To sort Patients, click a column heading to sort by
- For ascending order, click once.
- For descending order, click twice.
D. To view a Patient, click the ‘Patient ID’
